Guarantee of reservation
We can guarantee the room after the receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount.
Cancellation fees
An unexpected event can hinder your trip – in this case we ask you to inform us as soon as possible in order to keep cancellation fees at a minimum.
- No fees at cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival.
- 50% cancellation fee for cancellations 2–4 weeks before arrival.
- 100% cancellation fee for cancellations under 2 weeks before arrival.
- Your account will not be charged prior to arrival.
With the submission of your credit card details via email you accept our booking conditions and agree to the above mentioned cancellation fees.
Conditions & payment
- In case of early termination of the stay, the sum of the original booking period is due.
- Cash payments in South African Rand
- Our rates include daily service, towels, bedding and breakfast.
- The classicalView Guest House reserves the right to change or supplement of prices.
